Tuition Options and Policies

Private education is a significant sacrifice for families who choose it for their children. 

2016-2017 Tuition Information

NON-REFUNDABLE ANNUAL COMMITMENT FEE

An annual non-refundable commitment fee of $50 is required.  This fee holds your student’s placement until August 1, 2016, when the first tuition payment is due.

ENROLLMENT OPTIONS

Full Year Option Students may enroll for the entire year, August 1, 2016 through August 1, 2017. 

School Year Option

Students may enroll for the School Year only, from August1, 2016 through June 1, 2017.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Discount for Paying in One or Two Payments

If you pay your child’s tuition in one payment (August 1, 2016), you will receive a 3% discount and there is no FACTS enrollment fee.  If you pay your child’s tuition in two installments (August 1, 201 and January 10, 2017), you will receive a 1.5% discount and there is no FACTS enrollment fee.  Discount is applicable only on tuition.

Paying in Monthly Installments

If you choose to make monthly installment payments, you are required to enroll with FACTS Tuition Management and there is a $41 FACTS enrollment fee, which is non-refundable.  Upon receipt of your agreement, FACTS will automatically deduct this fee from your designated bank account.  They will then automatically withdraw the monthly tuition installments on the 20th of each month.  If you choose the Full Year Option, there will be 12 monthly installment payments, from August 1, 2016 through August 1, 2017.  If you choose the School Year Option, there will be 10 monthly installment payments, from August 1, 2016 through June 1, 2017.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY:

All withdrawals must be submitted to the Office Manager in writing. Any early withdrawal will result in the forfeiture of annual tuition fee.

If you withdraw your child:

between September 2, 2016 and October 3, 2017, you will be responsible for payment of 30 days of tuition, in addition to the forfeiture of the $50 non-refundable commitment fee.

* between September 3, 2016 and December 1, 2017, you will be responsible for 50% of the school year tuition.

after January 31, 2017, you will be responsible for 100% of the school year.
