Below are the tuition and fee expenses for the 2012-13 academic year at Mosaic Middle School.
Tuition is due in full by August 1 to avoid service charges. Tuition may also be paid by the semester or monthly – both options incur an additional service charge of 1.5% on the unpaid balance. Monthly or semester payment plans require participation in the Tuition Insurance plan which also varies according to the unpaid balance.
All tuition billing is handled through the SMART tuition billing system. You will receive communications directly from SMART once you are enrolled. If you have any billing issues or questions, please contact our Business Manager.

A deposit of $375 is due for all students when enrollment contracts are returned each year.

Indiana School Choice Voucher
The school is committed to the proposition that no qualified student wishing to pursue the educational opportunities available at Mosaic be denied that chance due to financial hardship. The school also believes that a diverse student body is in the best interests of all children attending Mosaic.
Indiana’s new voucher program gives Hoosier families the opportunity to send their children to a school that best meets their learning needs. A voucher, or “Choice Scholarship,” is a state payment that qualifying families can use to offset tuition costs at participating schools. Students qualify based on total household income and the amount of the scholarship corresponds with the public school corporation in which the student lives.

Educational CHOICE SGO:
A program called the Educational CHOICE Charitable Trust is available to families with students entering Kindergarten for the first time or entering 1st-8th grade who have completed 1 year in an Indiana public school the year prior. Income requirements can be found at www.choicetrust.org. The application process begins approximately on March 1st and continues through June 30th. Students can receive a $1200 scholarship per year through 8th grade. The scholarship award is mailed directly to Mosaic Middle School and applied toward the student billing account. Students who receive the School Choice Voucher are not eligible to receive funds from this program. There is no application fee. Decisions will not be made until after the School Choice Voucher deadline has passed in September. Once in this program, families re-apply each year through 8th grade.
